Examined relationship between childhood sexual victimization and adolescent pregnancy by interviewing 41 rural mothers who had been pregnant teenagers. Of respondents, 54% reported having been sexually abused by age 18. Victims' self-perceptions and relationships with others appeared to have suffered because of abuse, but few significant differences were noted between victims and nonvictims. (Author/NB)
