Findings are presented from a study which examined the viewpoints of women's teams coaches (N=194) concerning strategies for recruiting and retaining female college coaches. Coaches were asked to evaluate the effectiveness of seven recruitment and retention strategies, to select the one they considered most important, and to recommend additional strategies. (IAH)
