Examined relations between negative affect and the reporting of physical symptoms for a group of college students (N=114) by empirically deriving, through cluster analyses, two profiles that differed in their levels of trait anxiety, trait anger, and depressive symptoms, and then evaluating differences in symptom reporting between these two profiles.
