Examined sources of stress for women (N=162) in administrative/managerial positions to determine whether these sources were different from those for men (N=153) in equal positions, and from those for women (N=268) in non-managerial positions. Found women perceived higher levels of stress than men; women non-managers higher levels of stress than men or women managers. (ABL)
