From random sample of 1,000 Virginia vocational teachers (321 men, 409 women; 81 percent White; 78 percent married), 728 responded to survey rating work and home satisfaction. From Linear Structural Relationship analysis, the relationship between home and work satisfaction appeared significant for both sexes, although for women effect of home on work was significantly greater than work on home.
