Examined what elementary school principals (N=160), teachers (N=139), and parents (N=132) think about the relevance of elementary school guidance and counseling functions in their schools. Found high level of agreement among principals, teachers, and parents regarding the potential contribution of the counselor in an elementary school. (ABL)
