Describes interviewing techniques to obtain the most information from client interviews. The roles of the interviewer and interviewee are outlined; necessary environmental considerations are discussed; the basic structure of an interview is described; and questioning techniques are suggested, including question clustering, how to pose key questions, and framing questions.
