Changing Conceptions of Equality: Moving from Equality of Opportunity to Equality of Results.
Fantini, Mario D.
Equity and Excellence, v24 n2 p21-23 Win 1989

Rather than force students to conform to fixed expectations and models, schools must assure the delivery of educational services to all students through individualized instruction and alternative programs emphasizing equality of attainment.
