Introduces and discusses Neuro-Linquistic Programming (NLP) using "Looking at Yourself through Loving Eyes" technique. Presents the seven steps necessary in implementing this technique, and provides guidelines. Presents results suggesting that this technique is useful when working with elementary school students, and is a useful tool for elementary school counselors. (BH)
