An Indirect Test of Children's Influence on Efficiencies in Parental Consumer Behavior.
Polachek, Dora E.; Polachek, Solomon W.
Journal of Consumer Affairs, v23 n1 p91-110 Sum 1989

Not accounting for this benefit could cause underestimation of the rate of return to education or benefits of governmental programs such as Head Start. (JOW)
