Investigated social interactions of workers with and without disabilities. Observation data were collected in the natural work setting for three workers without disabilities, two learning disabled workers, and one mentally retarded worker. Results identified most critical workplace social skills to be following directions, asking questions, providing job-related information, coping ability, and ability to survive in low-praise environment.
