The survey of 1270 special education teachers and administrators found four major factors associated with homework for handicapped students: value, obstacles/implementation, frequency, and feedback. Analysis of variance of the four factors examined such demographic variables as certification, teacher versus administrator views, grade level of teacher, and school policy. (Author/DB)
