The Impact of Training for Empirically Based Practice.

Consistent with previous research, a course to teach empirically based practice produced a short-term effect on students which dissipated in the months following graduation. Long-term impact was related to the attitudes of co-workers and the type of agency. Strategies are suggested for countering those negative influences. (Author/MH)
