Tested the effectiveness of program for parents to help their adolescent children in career planning using pretest-posttest control group design. Found significant effects for groups over time; of five parent-child relations and career development variables, career orientation and career items proved significant; results approached significance for cohesion and relationship; and no differences resulted for adaptibility.
