The study measured the managerial aspirations of 60 females enrolled in postsecondary clerical courses. Results indicate that the majority are interested in a career involving some level of management. Students knew little about activities involved in the managerial process, supporting the inclusion of management studies within the clerical curriculum. (Author/CH)
