O'Hare, Marianne M.; Beutell, Nicholas J.
Journal of Vocational Behavior, v31 n2 p174-81 Oct 1987
Investigated sex differences in coping with career decision making among 247 undergraduates. Men and women differed on three of four coping factors. Men scored significantly higher on Self-Efficacy Behavior while women scored higher on Reactive Behavior and Support Seeking Behavior.
