Controlled Choice Assignments: A New and More Effective Approach to School Desegregation.
Alves, Michael J.; Willie, Charles V.
Urban Review, v19 n2 p67-88 1987

This approach has been adopted by three school systems and is being reviewed by several more. (VM)
