Argues that teachers must be involved in providing career guidance to students. Presents results from a survey of 248 high school teachers measuring six basic domains--self-confidence, knowledge, perceived skill in advising students, attitude about career education, extent of advisement currrently given to students, and attitude toward the teacher awareness program.
