Medicine Men, Bethlehem, and Pacman: Writing in a Cultural Context.
Kasten, Wendy C.
Anthropology and Education Quarterly, v18 n2 p116-25 Jun 1987

A longitudinal study of writing samples from these children reveals a rich and varied experiential base which includes meaningful understandings of both Papago and American cultural practices. (VM)
