Special education faculty members (N=94) at 13 southeastern universities supported the need for faculty evaluation, especially if results would be used to improve instructional skills and assess instructional effectiveness. Faculty members supported an evaluation system that was uniformly applied, involved faculty, and was accompanied by a faculty development plan. (Author/CB)
