Eagly, Alice H.; Steffen, Valerie J.
Psychology of Women Quarterly, v10 n3 p252-62 Sep 1986
Compared subjects' beliefs about the communion and agency of part-time employees, homemakers, full-time employees and persons without occupational description. Part-time male and female employees were believed less agentic than full-time employees, and less communal than homemakers or men without an occupational description.
