Factors Related to College Women's Perception of Employment.
Weber, Joseph A.; Miller, Mary G.
Home Economics Research Journal, v13 n2 p159-66 Dec 1984
This study examined the importance of family and personal factors influencing a college female's perception of employment. Findings suggest that mothers are extremely important role models for their daughters. Mothers who worked in prestigious jobs and attained higher degrees of education seem more influential on a daughter's career directions than other mothers. (CT)
