Minority Mother Tongues in Education.
Fishman, Joshua A.
Prospects: Quarterly Review of Education, v14 n1 p51-61 1984
The question of whether or not mother-tongue education is the best medium of instruction is examined, using social and cultural criteria instead of the usual academic/cognitive criteria.
