Short and Long Term Effects of a Teacher-Training Workshop in Medical School.

The effects of a medical faculty development workshop were measured in terms of their students' verbal activity during regular lessons and the cognitive level of teacher-student encounters up to 500 days after the workshops. Both parameters showed increases following the training, for the entire followup period, with only a moderate decline after 200 days. (MSE)
