A gifted and talented program, designed specifically for migrant students and taught by university professors, provided 37 high schools with supplemental instruction in English, mathematics, science, or social studies. Test data did not indicate significant gains in cognitive learning, but there were indications of student improvement within the affective domain. (Author/CL)
