An individualized peer inservice training program incorporated visits to demonstration-training classrooms and follow-up at an after-school conference. Seventy-six percent of secondary and 75 percent of elementary teachers reported changes for their classes as a direct result of their visits. Demonstration-training teachers cited benefits as well.
