Self and Supervisor Perceptions of Affective Work Competencies in CETA Trainees: A Comparative Study.
Brauchle, Paul E.
Journal of Vocational Education Research, v8 n4 p11-26 Fall 1983
Compares self-perceptions of work attitudes in Comprehensive Employment and Training Act trainees with supervisors' perceptions of trainees' attitudes via the Affective Work Competencies Inventory (AWCI). Analysis shows dissimilarities in the way both groups perceived trainee work attitudes and raises questions about the validity of the AWCI for these groups. (Author/JOW)
