Pre-birth Attitudes and Adjustment to Parenthood: When 'Preparing for the Worst' Helps.
Glass, Jennifer
Family Relations, v32 n3 p377-86 Jul 1983

Results showed the relationship between prenatal attitudes and infant perception was related to mothers' age, mothers' tendency to use informational cues of infant behavior, and emotional upheaval mothers anticipate with the infant's arrival.
