Effects of Providing Feedback to Lecturers Via Videotape Recordings and Observer Critiques.

Seven doctoral pharmacy students participated in a study to determine if feedback to teachers in the form of observer evaluations, videotapes, and self-evaluation were effective in improving instructional skills. Results show the techniques to be helpful in improving lecture skills and reducing problems of organization and delivery. (MSE)
