Integrating Severely Adaptively Handicapped Seventh-Grade Students into Constructive Relationships with Nonhandicapped Peers in Science Class.
Johnson, Roger; And Others
American Journal of Mental Deficiency, v87 n6 p611-18 May 1983
Forty-eight suburban seventh-grade science students (41 nonhandicapped, nine severely adaptively handicapped) were assigned to cooperative learning (CL) and individual learning (IL) conditions. Among results were that the CL condition favored more interaction and interpersonal attraction between the handicapped and nonhandicapped children. (Author/MC)
