Beginning Teachers' Perception of Their Difficulties with Performance of Professional Roles.

Surveyed first-year public school teachers (N=614) to determine their problems in performing professional roles. Results indicated that teachers had the most difficulty performing the role, teacher as link with community, and the least difficulty performing the role, teacher as school community member. (HLM)
