The Effects of Two Conditions of Client-Centered Consultation on Student Teacher Problem Descriptions and Remedial Plans.
Conoley, Jane Close; Conoley, Collie Wyatt
Journal of School Psychology, v20 n4 p323-28 Win 1982
Trained consultants (N=14) implemented two conditions of client-centered consultation and a control condition with 42 student teachers. The dependent measures were skills in describing classroom problems and generating appropriate remedial plans. Both conditions were effective in improving problem identification skills. Consultation with observation was related to faster improvement. (Author/HLM)
