This paper describes how H. S. Bhola's models for planning change in education and development were taught and applied by senior nursing students in term papers at Andrews University (Michigan). The models were used for: (1) case studies of past changes; (2) planning organizational and educational changes; (3) planning institution building; and (4) resisting unwelcome changes. (PP)
