The Concept of the Hidden Curriculum.
Gordon, David
Journal of Philosophy of Education, v16 n2 p187-98 1982
The hidden curriculum concept has three problems. Ambiguities in definitions call for a refinement of the term. Conflicting opinion on the outcomes of the hidden curriculum result from lack of methodological care in research. The theory that underemphasis of conflict within certain disciplines encourages student quiesecence is disputed. (KC)
