Study Proves CAI Effective in College Math Course.

A study conducted at Crafton Hills College in California indicated that when traditional lecture presentation in a college mathematics course is supplemented with Computer Assisted Instruction (CAI), student performance is greatly improved. Results showed test scores were significantly higher for those students who received CAI than for the controls. (MP)
