Investigated impact of interviewer's racial attitudes, applicant race, and applicant quality. White business administration students viewed videotapes of simulated job interviews. Results showed Black applicants rated higher than White, high quality applicants were rated highly regardless of race, and highly prejudiced subjects rated Black applicants higher than White.
