The Educational Enrichment Center in Holon, Israel has developed a holistic community model of identification and education of gifted and talented children (grades 1 through 9). Four networks of educational agents (universities, student counselors, teachers, and parents) interact with the center to develop students' emotional, social, and intellectual abilities. (CL)
