What Role for the Law School in American Legal Education? Purposefully Restructuring the Law School Curriculum.
Wilkey, Malcolm Richard
Brigham Young University Law Review, v1981 n1 p1-32 1981
Two options for restructuring legal curriculum are offered: (1) adoption of two tiers of legal education (five- or seven-year programs), and (2) refocusing and restructuring of the present curriculum, particularly the third year. The purpose is to make the teaching process more coherent in purpose and less confining in principle. (MSE)
