Client Perceptions of School Effectiveness: A Reciprocal Causation Model for Students and their Parents.

This study surveyed 229 high school students and their parents to test the hypothesis that the close relationship of parents and students influenced individual perceptions of a school's effectiveness. Findings supported the hypothesis while indicating that parental opinions were affected by student attitudes and not the reverse. (AM)
