Percieved Coercion, Resistance to Persuasion, and the Type A Behavior Pattern.
Carver, Charles S.
Journal of Research in Personality, v14 n4 p467-81 Dec 1980

Type As are particularly sensitive to threats to personal control. The critical difference may be in the frequency rather than the intensity of the stress. (JAC)
