Basic Education as the First Stage of Lifelong Education: Aspects of a Working Concept for Curriculum Integration and Educational Development in Third World Countries.
Sachsenmeier, Peter
International Review of Education, v24 n2 p153-66 1978

Participation and integration are key elements in this strategy. A learning-needs approach to curriculum planning should concentrate on practical skills; implementation requires nontraditional methods. (Author/SJL)
