Nineteen evaluation viewpoints arising out of theoretical innovation approaches are presented. Three concepts were used to ascertain these nineteen viewpoints: the Generative Frame System, an instrument for planning, realization and evaluation of innovations; four types of evaluation, combined as process innovation; and a system of organizational factors in the innovation process.
