Levels of Moral Reasoning in Educational Undergraduates

Students (N=114) enrolled in an introductory general education course at the University of Regina completed Lawrence Kohlberg's Moral Judgment Interview. Resultant scores found that 12 percent used pre-conventional reasoning; 68 percent used low level conventional moral reasoning; and 20 percent used at least some high level conventional and/or principled reasoning.
