Twenty-four vocational and technical education teachers learned how to individualize instruction by participating in project ACTIONS (Activities for Career Teachers to Individualize Occupational Needs of Students), a curriculum development project sponsored by the Department of Occupational Education at the University of Delaware. Trainees learned by modeling their behavior on the actions of teacher educators. (BM)
