Charles Judd identified closely with Wilhelm Wundt's philosophy and general psychological position. This article traces Judd's views on the American educational system in the early part of this century, some of the persistent themes that were part of Judd's thought, and Wundt's influence on Judd's thinking. Also discusses Judd's efforts to collect hard data about schools. (Author/RK)
