Grade Inflation in the Library School--Myth or Reality
George W. Whitbeck
Journal of Education for Librarianship, 17, 4, 214-237, Spr 77
Presented are results of a survey done which examined the possibility of grade inflation at graduate library schools. While results show that the majority of graduate students in library science rarely receive grades less than a B, other factors can be attributed to this, such as the quality of students admitted to the school.
