An Innovative Program Reducing Length of Training: Evaluation Procedures and Outcome

Students admitted to the graduate social work program after three years of undergraduate education were compared with those admitted after attaining an undergraduate degree. Nine different measures were used to test knowledge, attitudes, and skills. Results indicate that time in training can be manipulated without serious adverse effects. (Author/LBH)
