The Individual Plaintiff's Right to Interim Relief Under Title VII: No Rhyme Nor Reason, But No Relief?
Essner, John R.
Saint Louis University Law Journal, 20, 2, 346-65, 76

However, the EEOC, even with increased enforcement powers, has been unable to handle its overwhelming caseload. A private right of action for interim relief is discussed. For journal availability see HE 508 844. (LBH)
