Studying the Effects of Two Quantitatively Defined Teaching Strategies on Student Behavior in Elementary School Science Using Macroanalytic Techniques
Penick, John E.; And Others
Journal of Research in Science Teaching, 13, 4, 289-296, Jul 76

The results show that teacher behavior does effect student behavior in elementary science classes where hands on activities are employed and presents evidence that materials, activities, and curricula cannot be made teacher-proof.
