Study Habits and Their Effectiveness in Legal Education
Loftman, Guy R.
Journal of Legal Education, 27, 4, 418-72, 76
Research on study habit patterns and their effectiveness for law students showed that class attendance and review are the most useful study techniques, that preparation of assignments, total hours of study, and use of hornbooks, etc., are of smaller and similar impact, while reliance on law summaries, etc., is counterproductive.
